    When I go to xbox.com/gameswithgold

    It acts like I don't have a gold membership, everytime I click a game it tells me to get a subscription? I already have a 12m game card, and it shows it on my account

    Can't download 360 games on my One account

    I set up my son with a live subscription (UK) and he can download all the games with gold One titles with no problem. When he tries to download a 360 title it does not give a price and for one second it flashes up "You can't download with this account".
    Any idea what I've done wrong setting up his account?

    80090304 error with backwards compatibility

    Same problem tried to download two profiles to play split screen both wont download
    cleared 360 cache deleted all profiles

    now cant play any BC titles as its deleted my main 360 profile that was working

    All i get is "xbox live profile can't be downloaded right now" error 80090304

    Your account is showing sliver at least it is on the forums games with gold is for xbox live gold members only if your a gold member and somethings up contact customer care at 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    So I called in and talked to a guy, he said it does show I upgraded to Live Gold today, but it's not letting me download the titles. He told me to go to search and type in the game name such as "Thief" and "Sacred 3" once I did this I was able to purchase
    these games, at the discount price of free. In my subscriptions it show's I am xbox live gold until 12/21/2016

    its definitely possible that Microsoft hasn't updated their system yet i would give it 48 hours to hit fully at that point if it doesn't go through please re-post.

    Are you on the 360 and trying to download a 360 game, or are you on the One and trying to download a backwards compatible 360 title? When I am trying to download a backwards compatible title on my One I will get that message. I have found that if I go
    on my 360 and download it, that then makes it appear in the Ready to Install section of my games and apps on my One console. Not sure why this happens, but it is a work around to make it possible to get it on my One without it telling me I can't do it.

    You can't access the Xbox 360 Games with Gold from an Xbox One console. You will need to use a computer to "download" the games to your Xbox One. You would visit the GwG page and select the Xbox 360 game you wish to download. From there, select "Download
    to Xbox 360". It will add the title to your Ready to Install section of My Games and Apps.

    A new feature is currently being tested by Preview members to allow for the viewing and purchase of BC titles through the Xbox One Store.

    So I've already bout State of Decay 1 on the Xbox 360, but I can't download it onto my Xbox 1, why?
    The xbox one version is a separate title and would require you to purchase that version. The 360 version is not backwards compatible. State of decay year one edition is a separate title with separate achievements
