    so im having a real problem.

    When im starting a 360 with backwards compatible games i cant sign in to xbox live or into my account but on the one and 360 itself i can sign in just fine can anyone help me pls?

    Xbox One X not downloading profile for 360 games

    Everytime I try to play any 360 title on my Xbox One X, it asks to download my profile. Whenever I go to download my profile it “cant connect”, even though Im connected to the network. Ive tried deleting my profile/account, the 360 cache and a hard reboot
    to no avail. Would really like to play my 360 titles...

    Hi there. I have the same issue and i cant download my profile on Xbox 360 because i cant access Xbox live. Issue also presents itself on the Xbox One and Series when playing Xbox 360 games.

    80090304 error with backwards compatibility

    Same problem tried to download two profiles to play split screen both wont download
    cleared 360 cache deleted all profiles

    now cant play any BC titles as its deleted my main 360 profile that was working

    All i get is "xbox live profile can't be downloaded right now" error 80090304
