Can't download 360 games with gold for my xbox one

Hi Microsoft team,

I'm having trouble downloading the 360 games with gold ever since last month. I couldn't download dirt or deus ex. I know how the process works. I should redeem the games through your website here and then purchase it for free. It should then pop up on my
xbox one to be available for download. I hope this is correct.

However, I get this message when I try to download the games:

Sorry. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.

I can download Xbox one games with "Games with Gold" but i can't download 360 Game.

I have a problem with the games with gold. I can download the Xbox One games on my Xbox One but whenever I try to download the free Xbox 360 games, it says buy for free and when i press it, it goes to a blue screen. Same with the Internet Explorer, it just
says go to the Xbox store and download it, which I obviously can't do.. I do not have a Xbox 360 in order to download the free Xbox 360 games with games with gold, so it can automatically pop up in my Install on the Xbox One. So my question is, "How do I download
the free Xbox 360 games without an Xbox 360?"

You can get the games from the website (https//www.xbox.com/) or from a Xbox 360 console. Once you have checked out with the games, they'll appear in your "Ready to Install" section of "Games."

Do you have a valid payment option registered on your LIVE account?

There are members of the community that use the Microsoft Edge on the console to get the games, could give that a try.

Yes, I use the site to get the games since I sold my 360 console. And yes, I have a valid payment option. Once I click purchase, it says "Sorry. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

I'll try the Microsoft Edge option later. Thanks for the help!
