    cant down load anything to xbox 360


    just bought a second hand xbox slim and formatted the drive i have setup a profile and tried to download youtube free and an update codec free for watching home movies.

    everytime i get an error your payment details are not valid try using microsoft points.

    i just bought my daughter a similar xbox last week and set up her silver account but everything works on that what am i doing wrong.

    gave gold to get collection two and three but i cannot down load either of them, need help please. hope you can help.

    Xbox One X Marketplace Loading Issue

    Having Issues with Xbox live Marketplace after store update on the 11-08-2017 or 11-09-2017

    I cant buy anything from the xbox one x market place because it doesnt load

    correctly when i view a game I want to buy the page loads scrolled down

    to where the screenshots are but unable to scroll up to where the buy button is so now i cant buy anything

    everything worked fine on day one

    A HARD RESET DOES NOT FIX THIS I HAVE ALREADY TRIED

    cant update xbox live

    I found out that my Boyfriend got his xbox without a memory unit so therefore it cant down load anything. I felt really stupid after I figured it out but thank you!

    I can't download the Witcher 2

    mine lets me download but it completely crashed my Xbox 360, I now cant connect to online when playing any game, it takes ages to load anything now and the Witcher download stopped a 20% and only said pending and wont do anything else

    Xbox One is waaay too slow!

    Cant say I suffer from slow loading of anything really, the whole experience is smoother and faster than the 360. By the time the 360 chugs into life I have been gaming on the One for about five minutes.
