can't dowload KOTOR2

along the way, not just us have such a problem. the Internet is teeming with themes that it is on ixbox 360 that the game does not work, something with the archive downloaded into the store. very sad, since 2017 nothing is fixed ((

just type kotor 2 in the forum search and see 4 pages of similar topics. okay if one or two did not work. does not work at all 360 polls. perezaleyte archive with the game!

I believe they send a copy of the chat and ticket number to your email. Double check there. You can always start up a new chat with them at support.xbox.com/contact-us

Thanks, ive tried the things you've said but i will not solve te problem.

the dowload will stop at 80%. with the message can't dowload kotor2. My console is a xbox360

Same thing happend to me... All I did was unpluged the xbox and then it was wable to downlaod fine..

And second: ive spoke today with xbox xupport i mean "Celina L"

She made a ticket for me, but the problem is, ive lost the ticket number cause the chat session was closed before i could write it down.

is there a solution that you can fix it over there?

Thanks for the support, but sorry to say, all those things won't help.

Ive tried : delete cache, removed profile and installed it again, deleted an upgrade an upgraded it again. also tried this with a wifi/cable connection but didn't help.

The connection is good, al the test i did went well.

But notice iam using a xbox360 so no xboxONE.

Is there any possiblity to get the money back on my DutchySchultz account?
