can't dowload KOTOR2

Vandaag heb ik het spel KOTOR2 gekocht via xboxlive.

Na 9,99 euro te hebben betaald kon ik het gaan dowloaden.

Dit ging goed tot 80% en daarna stopt hij met dowloaden met het bericht "cant dowload KOTOR2"

Ik heb contact gehad met xbox support en heb gevraagd of ik het geld terug kon krijgen.

Via hun kreeg ik een link naar een formulier om deze klacht in te dienen.

Maar helaas krijg ik nog geen mail terug over hoe dit op te lossen.

Kan mij hier iemand in verder helpen?

Can't dowload youtube

cant dowload youtube and i dont know why, went to "my games and apps" to chek if i need an update and i need to update my store, so everytime i try to update the store it reaches 98% and stops saying "error", had to reset my console and i lost all of my
games and apps, still, cant dowload youtube because the dowload stops, i cant dowload youtube because i don't even have the option to do so, it says "youtube is not available right now, i need to get this fixed

Same thing happend to me... All I did was unpluged the xbox and then it was wable to downlaod fine..

Ive tried : delete cache, removed profile and installed it again, deleted an upgrade an upgraded it again. also tried this with a wifi/cable connection but didn't help.

The connection is good, al the test i did went well.

But notice iam using a xbox360 so no xboxONE.
