    Can't do split screen anymore on Minecraft


    I don't remember if it happened after the caves and cliffs update or the nether update, but me and my brothers can't play split screen with our local Xbox profiles anymore. Every time I attempt to join a world, I pick my account, and then nothing happens - the game doesn't let you in. We've had Minecraft on our Xbox since 2015 and this has never been a problem until now. Are these updates making our accounts just incompatible or something? Because we have a couple newer profiles that we linked to a Microsoft account and those ones work fine on Minecraft, but the other profiles don't. I don't wanna have to make a bunch of new profiles because of this issue.

    But I don't know that many people that plays split screen anymore. Split screen was a thing in the past, ever since we migrated to the Xbox 360, we don't use split screen anymore.

    There are no refounds for Minecraft anymore. In it's description is written you need hdmi cable for split-screen. There was refound for who bought the game in the firs 14 days as i know.

    If you are not using an HDMI, the component/composite cable do not support the correct resolution for split screen. Therefore you must use an HDMI to do split screen on MineCraft.
