    Cant Do Party Chat on PC (Error Code - 0x89231030)


    Hello, I've been working on this fix for a couple of days now. On the Xbox companion app, I cannot create or join parties, instead, it instantly gives me the error in the title. Can anyone help me? I haven't seen any issues with Toredo and none of my efforts
    have had an effect.

    Same error here, cant start Party chat, and get this or a 0x0 error.

    On Preview programme here, if it matters.

    I have friends who dont have xbox live GOLD and can talk or connect in parties, This is not the unique error im playing Gears of War 4 PC and i cant see the chat text, I cant hear or speak in the voice chat, I cant PLAY CO-OP Campaign (HATTON ERROR)

    is it letting you load the xbox app? and are you using xbox (beta) or xbox smartglass?
