Can't do anything

Discus and support Can't do anything in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I tried to login on my xbox one today. It turned on like normal but now I can't log onto xboxlive.     Can't do anything


    I tried to login on my xbox one today. It turned on like normal but now I can't log onto xboxlive. My network connection has no problem I've check it many times. But my multiplayer network say to try again and to check my Internet. I have restart my modem
    and still no luck afterwards. I can't go into settings when I try it just puts me but to my home screen.

    This is all after the latest update.

    Can't do anything

    my Xbox won't let me do anything and the time and battery level keeps flashing and so does the outline of the game in over and it won't let me go to settings because it will kick me back to the home screen

    It is saying that "there is a problem getting this content" with everything and when i start a game it just puts an error code and wont let me play. What do i do?

    thanks mister for the response but that did not resolve the issue. I can't go into my settings. It kicked me back to my main screen. When I got to the setting tab after hitting the Xbox button on my control it says "connect to xboxlive" after restart console

    Hey LuckyEvan! You should be able to restart with a 10 second press of the power button to turn the console off and another press to power it back on. Additionally, can you post some screenshots of what you're seeing when you try to access settings? Thanks!

    For any strange problems with the Xbox, it's always recommended to first perform a proper
    power cycle on the console.
