times) in a row, restart your console (important), download your profile again.

Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

I see you've tried uninstalling the app already, but let's try giving it a clean reinstall and see where that gets us. To do that:

• Go to your games and apps.
• Hover over the Skype app.
• Press the menu button.
• Select to uninstall the Skype app.
• Press and hold the Xbox button (the power button) on your Xbox One console for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off.
  
• Leave the console off for ~30 seconds.
• Power the console on.
• Search for the Skype app and redownload it.
  
• Sign in with your Skype account again and try to make a call.
