    I recently started having trouble with not being able to message people. Still can't. I've been to the website Xbox told me to go to. Not helpful. And now I can't join parties, start parties, and send messages. I'm not banned. I checked. I seriously want
    to throw my Xbox One out of the window and be done with life. I'm tired of this stuff happening 24/7! I really need help.

    thanks mister for the response but that did not resolve the issue. I can't go into my settings. It kicked me back to my main screen. When I got to the setting tab after hitting the Xbox button on my control it says "connect to xboxlive" after restart console

      1. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
      2. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
      3. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
      4. Select the "Contact Us" button
      5. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
      6. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
      7. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

    I had already tried updating info and clearing the cache (five times). I finally managed to purchase the game after my parent found a way to disable "Ask for permission before buying" in the family app. Now I just have to figure out why my parent can't log in to the 360.

    You should probably do that thing where you close the forum post so nobody else can comment, because I don't know how to do it.

    Hey LuckyEvan! You should be able to restart with a 10 second press of the power button to turn the console off and another press to power it back on. Additionally, can you post some screenshots of what you're seeing when you try to access settings? Thanks!
