Can't Do Anything on XBL

Okay so I have a big problem with my internet Ive been having this problem for about a month or so ever since I got this new router and it's been really frustrating me and stressing me out.

Okay so Ive had the verizon FIOS router for a long time and I recently upgraded to verizon quantum about a month ago and got my quantum router. For those who don't know verizon quantum is a very good and better internet service then fios. So basically I
had the fios router for a while, like I said i upgraded to better internet speeds with quantum.

Basically ever since I've got this new quantum router, my internet has been really bad. I can't get on xbox to play advanced warfare nor any other game. I always lag and have a hard time connecting to servers. Also can't watch netflix nor MLG.tv .... Whenever
I watch netflix it kicks me out the movie or tv show whatever I'm watching, and if it doesn't kick me out , I get REALLLLY bad quality so it's not enjoyable to watch. Also with MLG.tv whenever I try to watch a stream I can only watch a stream for about 2-3
minutes and then it lags out. Basically the internet that I upgraded to which was verizon quantum is just really Bad. It is sh*t. I literally can't do anything. Please note that I am connected wired thru Ethernet cord. Whenever I go wireless it is the same
thing, the internet is still bad.

so what I did is go on google/youtube and started finding out that I may have to do port forwarding. Litreally I did it and nothing worked but here is what I port forward: ports 88 UDP/TCP - port 3074 UDP/TCP - port 53 UDP/TCP - port 80 UDP/TCP - port 500
UDP/TCP - port 3544 UDP/TCP - port 4500 UDP/TCP .... I port forward all those ports on my network, still nothing worked out. When I port forward the ports, I did the manual ip thing on the xbox one where you type in everything manually. Then after went on
my computer and did all the port forwards. STILL MY INTERNET DIDNT FIX.

So after surfing around in the internet in learned that there may be more ports to fix your internet on the xbox one, Still didn't work but here are the extra ports I found : port 16000 UDP/TCP - port 1863 UDP/TCP - port 3075 UDP/TCP - port 40 UDP/TCP ...........
Those ports didn't do anything. I keep experiencing problems. It's very frustrating and stressful. I've been trying everything literally to make it work, I fail.

Also I can't turn off my internet after I port forward because for some reason it deletes the ports I forward. I've seen videos and other things that say you have to turn the power off the router after port forwarding, but like I said, for some reason it
just deletes the ports I forward and have to do them all again. Very stressful.

i also found out about the DMZ host thing and tried it. I logged into my router and tried DMZ host, typed in my xbox ip, resetted my xbox and it still didn't work. Although I heard DMZ host will 100% work , it didn't work for me.

Other information is , I have my 1st router still. The fios router is still connected but it's in another room. The router is connected thru WAN cord and Coax cable. That router is up and running 24/7.

My internet was GREAT before I got this new router. I use to run wireless and everything was perfect. Nothing was bad with my internet.

i called verizon about a week ago and tried to have them help me. When I called verizon they told me to reset my router. The way they told me to do it is unplug the coax cable and there is a red button I never knew about until they told me about it for reset.
Basically did both. I unplugged the coax and also pressed the red button. Little do you know, that worked for about 1 day. My internet was good for a short period of time. Then everything started lagging on my xbox again.

I don't know really what to do now. But soon, VERY SOON, I will be calling verizon for either a new router or someone to come to my house and help. I literally can't do anything with this new router and the router (quantum) is a very good router. But for
me it's just bad.

Additional information: whenever I check download speeds on my xbox one it shows really good download spreds. It shows about a 80 upload and 80 download with about 40 or so latency.

My nat is always moderate and sometimes when I get on a game like advanced warfare it shows open but I still lag. I can't find a match and it says servers are down, when literally all my friends are playing So I know it's not the game. Also whenever I reset
my router it goes to strict for about a couple of hours and goes back to moderate/open.

i am connected thru coax with this new router. If that helps with any additional information.

Recently I started using my mobile hotspot wirelessly and the internet is just perfect. I don't have any issues whatsoever whenever I use mobile hotspot. But it's really expensive on my data usage and also it heats up my phone. I have an iPhone 5 if that
matters. That's the device I use for mobile hotspot. So basically mobile hotspot is just good.

i really really need someone's help as soon as possible. This is very frustrating and stressful like I said. I don't mean to sound stupid or dumb or weird but I don't have any friends. Lol all I do is stay home and play video games. Literally can't do any
of that with all this happening. I just need someone's help I explained everything above, if there's anything anyone could tell me that may help me please respond to this post I will really appreciate it.

thanks mister for the response but that did not resolve the issue. I can't go into my settings. It kicked me back to my main screen. When I got to the setting tab after hitting the Xbox button on my control it says "connect to xboxlive" after restart console

Also for more information - Whenever I switch back to the fios router internet, it's wirelessly since the rite is too far to reach my xbox for Ethernet. But when I switch to the internet wirelessly it is still bad. Like this new router messed up the fios
router as well or something idk.
