Can't do an early deposit for my credits

I've got 16,850 points but I have no option for early deposit. Can I do anything about this?

Need to deposit my credits early

I would like to deposit my credits early to pre order For Honor which is out on 14th, but I can't seem to find the link to do so?

Requested deposit for the 28th. No deposit has been made.

Basically, last week I requested an early deposit of my 4600 credits for the 28th of September which is today as it said I could do and with Cuphead out tomorrow I figured I'd use the deposit towards the preorder.

Checked today but no deposit has been made. Checked in my xbl rewards account and the 4600 credits are still there and now it says request an early deposit for the 12th of October, next month...

OK, but I already requested an early deposit of these same 4600 credits for the 28th of September which is today. And I did this last week.

What exactly is going on here please?

 

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you have over 5,000, they are already scheduled for
a deposit.
