Can't Do a Case Review

This is Kevin, the owner of Yoshino Koiwai. Recently, my account got temporarily suspended which started last Jul 13, 2017 2:50:48 AM and will end at Jul 27, 2017 2:49:48 AM. I have tried on filing a case review and then the page
just went back to the home page of the Enforcement web portal. The Support (Ray) assisted me on how to file a case review using other browsers and it still did not pushed through. This case was recorded under service request number1391790989. Ray advised me
to contact the Enforcement Forums to reach the Xbox Live Enforcement Team to review on this further. Please assist me on how I can file a Case Review since we have tried on using multiple browsers already and the same issue persists.

I am looking forward to your positive response and further assistance regarding this matter. Also, please allow me to express my thanks for taking your time to read my concern.

Have you tried a different browser?

Are you doing it from a mobile device or a computer? Its better if done from a computer.

Can't create a case review

no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions.

You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

There are no "Enforcement forums". The Xbox Enforcement team do not post here on the forums at all. They are only contacted through their
website with a case review.

If you cannot submit a case review, there is probably an error with the Enforcement website right now. You'll have to try again later.

That information should be available on the enforcement team website. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home No one in the forums has access to that information. If you have an active enforcement action and you
can't submit a case review all you can do is wait it out.

If you can't submit a case review then yes the case is closed and if you do submit a case review and the decision is upheld then again the case is closed.

Wow okay, that's interesting about a year ago I was playing with a random guy that kept bragging about his underage stash in game chat (Whether or not he was lying & trolling, I am unsure) and I messaged him to stop telling me about it and that he was
sick and needed help. I reported him never got an update, then within a few days I got a ban for sending that message to that guy. Even though in that message I stated that he is the one talking about it. That message was much clearer then this current one
since it stated what he had and what he was doing. That's why I assumed it was an algorithm since the key words in that message I used were "child porn" and "your sick and need help". Is there anyway to contact the enforcement team to ask them to update or
double check their current investigation guidelines/techniques for future cases?
