    Can't DL game


    I am at work trying to purchase the Division for my Xbox One, I try through the store, no go; through smartglass app on phone, nope; tried using paypal and my card and nothing still. My account with MS, my Bank and PayPal are all in good standing and supposedly
    all Xbox services are up and running. I've bought many-a-game while at work and they were on the machine when I arrived home from work; guess not today!

    Forza Horizon crashing on load screen.

    I can't even dl the game this is unacceptable i have bin trying to dl Since the sale started and i can't even dl even after all the trouble shoot problems i was told to do. Please ms stay honored to the $14.99 it says and let us purchase the game for what
    it says not anymore then that.
