    So I have been having an ongoing issue with Xbox live for about 2 weeks now. Yesterday a tech was finally able to get my profile loaded back on to the xbox. Now last night, while trying to DL a patch for Borderlands 1, I get the code stated above. Im getting
    very irritated with how all of this is playing out. And I have done all the steps in clearing cache, reDLing the lastest patch, changing my password, blah blah blah blah. Trust me when I have done it all, along 4 people from Xbox help. Is this starting to
    look like my modem may be crap, or my machine? Oh, and to add another fun note, Im in Colorado so I have Comcast to choose from for cable internet.

    You could try talking to another XboX supporter that could help you out if you'd like. They will be able to sort this out..
