    I'm trying to review what I've purchased and am running into an issue. The list of transactions in my Microsoft Account is missing over half of my purchases. I understand that you've retired MSP but why do you no longer show those transactions? Is there
    somewhere I can get a list of my purchases? I was rather fond of the older style with the clickable links to things as most DLC's don't display what game they are tied to when you look at them - but at this point I'd settle for any list. Navigating through
    the list on my 360 is cumbersome and doesn't give me something I can retain for my records.

    Where is purchase History for Xbox One like exists on the 360?

    Purchases does not display free games with gold purchases. I guess those aren't purchases? I voted. It was useful to see my queue online and made it very easy to download or re-download stuff.

    Sadly I've checked there. It states that older transactions done with MSP are only held for so long. I've been on this account for years and many of my original purchases are no longer showing.

    That is odd. The system should show all your transactions. I will let those in the support know about this and see if anything can be done.

    In the meantime you can check your download history which shows all your purchases at this link

    The Commerce page only goes back a year, any older transactions do not display.

    The Purchase History that you later linked is the only complete list of everything an account owns and has downloaded.

    You can't change the soundtrack option without renting or purchasing it again. On the Xbox, it displays the soundtrack information. If there's multiple options, it will let you choose.

    Why am I banned without a reason and the Xbox appeal method never work, I'm out of the Forza horizon 5 online multiplayer for no apparent reason , Why???

    Only in Forza horizon 5, I noticed it's going completely offline to a point where I can't even purchase anything that requires internet , and displaying a message that my gametag is banned,

    Horizon 4 and other games are playing very well online

    I just spoke to a live consultant and they explained that there is an issue relating to all purchases at the moment. Although he said that the outage was displayed on the website, it isn't and I still can't purchase. He sais to try again in 2 to 3 hours.
    (This is Australian EST 7:19pm).
