Discus and support cant display friends list in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; xbox one, getting message cant display friends list at this time. Was fine a couple hours ago.     Friends List not working properly

    Thanks for answering Prince Darkness, but I'm not being removed by them. They will message me asking why I removed them saying that I don't appear on their friends list. However, they will appear on my friends list. Its some display error.

    Hey Sidney thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

    We apologize for this issue but rest assured we are here to help. We suggest a reset of the console since
    the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
    Factory Reset    < (while keeping games and apps)
    IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

    try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
    screen when you power it back up.
