Can't Deposit My Points

So I have 6250 rewards credits and I can't deposit them... I have gold and the points have been there for around a month now but they havent been deposited into my account. I can't request an early withdraw either as the button isn't showing anymore?

Some friends are also having the same issue.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

I can't seem to be able to deposit my points as the button has disappeared and my points have accumuated over the 25,000 Mark now, it does say it'l be around the 15th but still no luck at all, any help would be appreciated

i have this problem... i can t click withdraw my rewards and i have 23.500 credits

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event that put you above the 5000 required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred around the beginning of the month, it will be a part of the end of month deposit.

Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, so that button has been disabled.
