    My rewards are not being deposited due to my billing info apparently, I have checked and checked and checked and everything is correct.

    I have some reward points pending in my account but it didn't deposit due to some error. Please fix my account or transfer it to my new account whose gamer tag is "AKM2OO9". Please help

    Hello ConstantTen6302,

    Since you do not have a Microsoft Payment Account, we cannot complete a deposit. We can only deposit into a Microsoft Account, and not another payment account, like a Credit Card or paypal. From the FAQ:

    How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

    In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
    you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

    Furthermore, we see that your Billing Account is set to Brazil, so a deposit attempt will fail due to your Billing and Rewards regions being different.

    As mentioned in your previous posts, this is a billing issue that is being worked on by another team. As you say, your account works fine up until the deposit process, which fails due to the process not being able to receive proper information on which billable
    account you have designated as the intended account for deposits. Rather than deposit into an unknown account, the process aborts. All other activity on your account will work as intended; it is only this billing information which is not being correctly sent.
    Since this billing information is stored on a database we do not have access to, and this information is highly confidential, we must rely on this other team to provide a fix. Again, as mentioned, they have not yet responded with a precise estimate on when
    to expect this issue to be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
