cant delete things while offline

    My Xbox froze and when I reset it, I lost all my game progress in all my games

    Are you playing your games while connected to Xbox Live/Network connection or offline?

    Because if you're playing your games while offline, by resetting the console it will delete all local saved games.

    Why cant we just get offline Achievements

    Offline achievements are possible to earn while offline but they will only show up when you reconnect to the internet. Make sure you don’t go too long while eaning achievements offline as there is only a certain amount of storage set aside of offline achievements
    thus resulting in some achievements deleting

    Deleting the profile will not work while there is a server issue. You will not be able to play offline and will now have to wait for the issue to be fixed.

    Deleting the files was through the reset on the game from the instructions I provided, you will have to do that again while offline.

    Perhaps you got the last achievement while offline and deleted the game before going online so it could register?
