    Can't Delete Rented Movies in History! Ridiculous!


    Kids rented some dodgy R movies on the XBO when we were sleeping (yes they're in deep trouble!). Now those movie titles and their jpegs are (I have been told) "permanently" etched into my purchased history. I chatted with an Ambassador about this issue.
    He said, "You cannot delete movie purchase history." I asked why. He replied, "So you can always go back and re-download a movie you've purchased when you want to watch it again later but don't want to take up room on the HD." This makes sense with PURCHASED
    MOVIES, but NOT WITH RENTALS. Why would I need a rented movie to be permanently on my history? Because even if I did want to watch a rented movie again, I would have to purchase it again as well, thereby making the permanent status in my movie history pointless
    and unnecessary! This is absurd Microsoft! iTunes doesn't do this, why does MS?!!? I cry "FOUL!"

    zune movies

    I've been renting movies on zune for quite some time but now this is ridiculous, 2 of the best movies in a while Contraband and Underworld can only be bought and not rented... how does this make any sense to anyone???

    Purchase of this content is not allowed for child + teen accounts.

    Same problem here. This is ridiculous that my 13 year old son can't rent a PG movie even though I have given him permission to use my account to pay for it. Unacceptable.

    I wouldn't spent 1600 Microsoft points to rent it.... And it says if you rent or buy a movie in purchase history and says if it is expired.. I bought this movie

    Xbox 360 Movies and TV Narration enabled on purchased movies and cannot disable.

    This is getting ridiculous now... The movie I rented won't even play on my computer through Movies and TV. I had to watch it on Movies Anywhere which my account is associated with. You all need to get your act together and fix this.

    Please tell me you're joking when you said "Underworld" is one of the best movies in a while??? I saw it in the theaters, that movie was HORRIBLE! And Yes I've seen all the others before it.
