Can't delete permanently

Ever time I delete something from my Xbox it deletes it but if I turn it off and back on he deleted item reappears? Any idea how to fix this?

Are there any messages that appear when trying to delete them? Do you have another storage device? If you have another device, try moving them and deleting, or formatting the new device (WARNING: Formatting erase all content)

I've tried recovering deleted items from my spam and trash folders, but they're permanently deleted after 24-hours. Why can't they just e-mail the code again? Thanks.

You can't use the same email again on a different Xbox account, this are linked permanently and only way to unlink its deleting the Email

Nope, that is you team. You could essentially sell/trade/collect every decent card you have which would pretty much delete your team.

But no, your captain is permanent and yo can't delete the team.

You can't undo the games being deleted...a drive format will always delete any information on it permanently.

As to the faults on the drive etc, how old is the drive? The best way would be if you have a PC/laptop as you could plug it into that and do troubleshooting.
