Can't delete paypal from my paiyment

Hi,

I try to delete paypal from my payment methods, but each time i press on delete and i accept, i go back to my payment method and Paypal is still there... I want to delete it because i want to buy a game and it does'nt work. It says thaht i need to use another
method to pay the game.

Delete Purchasing information

Hello,

I take One month Xbox live with my paypal account.

And now , i can't delete my paypal informations account ! The Xbox ask me all the day to take a new month and to purchase a new card.

Since when microsoft starts stealing his customers ?

I just want delete my Paypal Account EACH month and choose myself if I want to renew my purchase or not !

I don't manage to cancel my subscription to Xbox Music

I am paying with PayPal.

And when I try to delete my Paypal account in the billing options, it says "this can't be deleted".

Probably because I also pay Office 365 with this Paypal account.

How can I unsubscribe to Xbox Music ?

Make sure you have an alternative form of payment and that you switch it to your primary form of payment before you try to delete your paypal account. if you try to delete it before doing this it will not let you. Every microsoft account is required to have
a primary form of payment attached to it. Adding and switching your primary form of payment in your options should allow you to delete it.
