cant delete messages on xbox one x

Ive tried to delete all my messages multiple times but nothing happens.

The same on Android app.

Deleting Cache, no result. (Holding Power Button 10 sec.)

Hard resetting the xbox, no result.

On Surface app, everything is right.

Any advice is welcomed.

I'm having the same problem, even on the PC don't delete. I can select and press the button to delete but nothing happen.

I have 3 external HDD but still need to this on my Xbox One X.

Some games i cant delete, others yes...

delete the message from your inbox.

Okay this is confusing i just made a new account because im switching from PS4 to Xbox and now i cant send messages? (im planning to buy xbox one x, also im texting in pc)
