    Title says it all. I went back to play Assassin’s Creed Unity out of boredom and wanted to start a new save file, but there’s no option to do it in game and I can’t do it from my system storage either. I think it may be from some of the newer dashboard updates. Anyone else have any issues with this?

    Ok, I understand.

    That depends on whether the console has already synchronized the deleted game to the cloud.

    If the console hasn't deleted the game save from the cloud yet, the game sync with the save file in the cloud automatically. When you start the game, it'll download the save from the cloud.

    If the game save however is gone in the cloud as well, then there is currently no way to get it back again.

    If you went to Menu > Manage Games > Saves > Delete Save Data > “Delete Everywhere“, it's deleted from the cloud and can't be recovered.

    I’ve followed the step by step instructions on the support page on how to delete cloud save files but I don’t have the option to “delete from everywhere” and when I go to my storage I only have the option to clear all my local save files. I have
    searched through my whole xbox one looking for an option to delete it but I can’t find anything.
    Go to manage games and add ons and it will say delete from console or from everywhere

    Use a locally stored copy of the game save if you have one. For more information, see “How to copy and move items between storage devices” in Copy, move, or delete Xbox content.

    You can delete your save file (only on console) then play the game online to download your save file from the cloud.
