    Can't delete game data for a particular game


    My Killer Instinct game is suffering from error code 12 and not having a ton of progress in the game, I thought I could just go to my games and apps, select Killer Instinct and I'd be able to delete my saved data. When I scroll to the right there is no option
    to delete saved data, it doesn't appear, only the Internal and Ready to Install parts appear. I'd like to know if this is fixable because i'm currently only able to play with the free character, have no save data and would at the least be able to play with
    the characters I paid for. I have tried every trick I could find on this issue and nothing has helped so far. Any help would be appreciated.

    (yes, I've tried uninstalling and clearing the cache)

    Thanks for the post.

    How do you know? Is it just that game in particular there is a problem with or do you mean you can't delete any 360 achievements?

    How to delete Saved game data NFS2015

    Hello,

    I'v finished the storyline of Need For Speed 2015.

    Now i want to do it again but with different cars. The problem i find is how to delete the saved game data. I find that with some games it's easy to delete this data, but i can't find a way to delete this for NFS2015.

    Deleting the full game an reinstalling doesn't help.

    Can anyone help me?

    Hi, have you tried a power cycle of the Xbox at all?

    With the Xbox powered on press and hold the power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds, the Xbox will power off, disconnect the power supply from the mains power outlet and wait for around 5 minutes, reconnect the power supply to the mains power outlet and
    power the Xbox on using the power button on the Xbox. Try the game again.

    Maybe an issue with the disc, not scratches but simply game did not copy over correctly and that particular data is corrupted. try exchanging it at the retailer u got it from for a new copy. U shouldn't have to delete the save.

    Recovering deleted data

    Games are saved to the cloud if you are connected to the internet.

    If the cloud save wasn't synced, you can't get your save data back.

    Depending on the way you've deleted your game, you also deleted save data..

    You can see if the data is still there when you go to my games and apps and check if the save data is still there.
