Can't delete a credit card from my payments options

I can't delete a credit card because they say there is a translation to pay, but the credit card is out of data and a want to pay my gold live in another card but the system don't alloy me, what i do?

How to Manage your Xbox LIVE payment options

Overview

You can choose to use more than one payment method for your Xbox LIVE account. The payment options include credit cards and PayPal accounts. You can use these payment options to buy items from Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

The 2-year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract uses only credit cards as the payment option. The other payment options like Debit Cards, Prepaid cards and PayPal are not valid for this subscription. However, you can change your payment to another credit card.

If it is before the end of the two years and there is no credit card associated with your account, it is assumed you have terminated the subscription, and you will be charged an Early Termination Fee and any applicable taxes.

It is easy to edit your payment options on your console or at Xbox.com

Steps to Follow

Add or change a payment option using your console

1) Use your Xbox LIVE gamertag to Sign in.

2) Proceed to Settings and then select Account.

3) Select Manage Payment Options, and then choose either of the following:

If you want to add a new credit card, select Add Credit Card.

If you want to use your PayPal account on Xbox LIVE, select Add PayPal. You will be required to enter your PayPal username and password. Follow the instructions to add PayPal as a payment option. You cannot use PayPal as a payment option for the 2 year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract. PayPal is not available in all regions.

4) After making changes to payment options, select Update Payment Option.

Add or Change a payment option on Xbox.com

1) Go to My Account.

2) Select Payments and Billings and click on Manage Payment Options.

3) You may be required to Sign in using your Microsoft account (email and password).

4) Proceed to do either of the following:

If you want to edit a payment option, select Edit.

If you want to add a payment option, you can do either of the following:

Click on Add New Credit Card and enter the credit card information

Click on PAY with PayPal and follow the instructions.

If you have a balance you owe, you'll have add another payment option and pay that off before you can remove the old card. If you're having issues doing that on the website, you will need to contact support so they can help you get it sorted.

Prepaid cards (gift cards) can't be used as a payment option for 360 BC games.

You'll have to add a credit card or a paypall account to your payment options.

If you still have a Xbox 360 console you can buy them from there without the need of adding a payment option.

Hi Mister Bees, ok so I have added the two credit cards to my account and they appear on my profile when I sign in to the xbox.com web-page. When I click on Manage Payment Options, I see my PayPal account and my two credit cards. The PayPal account is current
attached to my Xbox Gold subscription. The only other option on the page is to remove the credit cards, it will not let me assign the credit card to the gold subscription. So I then logged on to commerce.microsoft.com I clicked on Payment options and I see
my Microsoft Account Funds, my paypal account and the two credit cards. I click then on Subscriptions and manage my Xbox Subscription, clicked on Change payment option.... Change the payment option of Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold from PayPal normally the credit
cards would normally appear here for me to change it and the two credit cards are not listed so I can't assign them to my Gold sub. Very odd isnt it.

You can't use a gift card to purchase a subscription without a credit card/debit card entered as a secondary payment option

If it didn't give you the option to pay with the Microsoft credits and credit/debit card it will all come from debit/credit card when payment due.

Of course it shows that now. I purchased gold with my credit card because I figured it would be resolved within a month. I can't delete a card on my account either, so I figure it has something to do with a payment that wasn't completely payed. I can't really
figure out if it has something to do with a card, because it has been on there for years. It is my mom's credit card from when I was like 16.

Anyway, I just would like to know if there is a way I can pay an old payment on my card or if I can never use the two cards for a subscription.
