Can't D/L AC 2 on demand

Hi,

I can't seem to download Assassin's Creed II on 360 demand. I have tried a whole bunch of times and it always shows up as corrupted. Today I actually sat and watched it downloading and at about 79% it just resets and goes back to 0%. I think the source file
is corrupted but it's very difficult to actually contact Microsoft and ask them to look at the source file and check it. I believe it's the source file at fault because I have tried to download the game on multiple xboxes and the same thing happens on them.

Is anyone else able to download the full game (5.19GB) and launch it?

XBOX ONE latency test

I live in North Brisbane Australia.

Can't stream game trailers, Forza Horizon 2 online is like a game a pinball. Downloading games is so so slow. Not enjoying my experience so far. Can't believe Xbox live is still this slow. I gave up on Xbox live 5 years ago and thought surely my experience
would be better by now. I was wrong.

Saved Xbox One games for gold

The only 2 games that were ready for d/l have been d/l. No more are listed. Also the section on this site you recommended only shows purchases made nothing else. Tried various filters Do not see anywhere about ready to d/l.

 

Many times when a download stops at around 80% it is because of account information mismatch. Does you your account region, billing address, and actual location all match up? Your account region must be set up to the same region as your actual location
for region locked content.

 

Oh wow that's really interesting, I guess it's not the source file after all then. Thanks for the info, so basically I can not access the game then, guess I'm gonna have to call MS support to try and get it sorted. Cheers.
