Discus and support Can't create or join party, error code 0x80190193 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i am fully connected to xbox live and interent although any game i go on i cannot accees any online features, is anyone else having similar issues?     This isn't a networking error, maybe if you guys actually read everyone's reply then you see my suggested answer which numerous players have done and fixed the issue.

    Again, this is an issue with the PRIVACY AND ONLINE SAFETY SETTINGS for xbox one. In particular, the safety setting for "communicating with voice and text". If this settings is set to block then you will get the error when attempting to setup a party. Please
    sign in as the parent account and go to the privacy and online safety settings under "xbox settings" through the website. Call support if you need more help on how to access these settings.

    I am having same problem, have tried all support instructions and nothing works, can't get to support by phone, always says all agents busy, even left phone # for a recall but never got one. I agree, XBOX

    ONE is not user friendly, should have gotten Playstation 4, had trouble with XBOX 360 when we got it too, must be slow learner

    Ok so what I have done to solve this is :

    1.disconnect the power lead from the xbox and reconnect .

    2. If first step doesn't work then go to setting then network and disconnect from wifi then reconnect and type in wifi password .

    3. Reset my Internet box leave off for 60seconds and then plug back in.

    If this helped in anyway please like.

    go on ur phone or pc. go to xbox.com. sign in to ur xbox account. press account. press redeem code. put the trial or membership. go to ur xbox one and hold the power button for 10 secs. BOOM. worked for my friend.

    Yes my friends xbox one and micrsoft have *** this up. I have had all the problems you have mentioned times 10. All these solutions people are talking about are just temporary. I love xbox untill i bought a one.

    Everything looks fine on my end... Then i get into a chat and it just says disconnected? I pass all the network tests. any ideas?

    Easy fix in the end. Spent two days tracking this down because Microslug are useless. Basically you need to login as the ADULT account if you have a kid with his own account. Login on the xbox Website not the Xbox device. Once you have logged in with the
    email and password you used to set up the account, you will see the gamertag for that account (top left). Click it and go to Xbox Settings, then Privacy Settings. Set the communication over voice and text to Everyone. Done. If you have a CHILD account you
    must find the ADULT account that goes with it. If you can't remember, good luck because Microsoft were as helpful as a chocolate watch.
