Can't create or join party, error code 0x80190193

Im experiencing this problem was told to write a post on this thread by xbox support (Josh) so that engineers can prioritise the fault?

 

I'm afraid this isn't a Microsoft issue guys, Xbox Ricky 360 is right. This is an issue with the privacy and online safety settings for Xbox One. For most of you guys dealing with child accounts on xbox, you need to check your Privacy settings for Xbox by
going to "Xbox settings" and then "Privacy Settings" on the website, you'll need to verify yourself before getting to the privacy settings. Once your there then you need to check the "Communicate with voice and text" setting and make sure to set it to everybody.
In order to change these settings you'll need to sign in as the parent account, your "parent account" is the Microsoft account you created when setting up your kids profile if their under the age of 18. My friend was having the issue and when I saw Xbox Ricky
360's reply I immediately had him check the settings from the website and it worked so I give the credit to him.

Go to Settings, Account and Privacy & Online Safety. There, on the right hand side, you will see either View Details or View Details & Customize. Click on it and you will see a list of different aspects of Xbox Live. Find Join Multiplayer Games and check
if it's Allowed or Blocked. If it's Blocked and you cannot change it, then it's a child account. You have to sign in with a parental account (the parental account would've been created at the same time as the child account), go to Settings, Account and Family.
There, select the child's gamertag, then Privacy & Online Safety, View Details & Customize and allow online gaming.

 

*do this on your Xbox ONE console

  sure you want to do this, due to everything will be erased on your system. If you are sure then you may click Restore factory defaults. When your
  XBOX ONE restarts, you will be at the beginning screen of when you first started your

I just got this one console with 12 month live. Parties worked fine on the 360! MICROSOFT!!!!!!!

Easy fix in the end. Spent two days tracking this down because Microslug are useless. Basically you need to login as the ADULT account if you have a kid with his own account. Login on the xbox Website not the Xbox device. Once you have logged in with the
email and password you used to set up the account, you will see the gamertag for that account (top left). Click it and go to Xbox Settings, then Privacy Settings. Set the communication over voice and text to Everyone. Done. If you have a CHILD account you
must find the ADULT account that goes with it. If you can't remember, good luck because Microsoft were as helpful as a chocolate watch.

I have followed that video, configured static IP's including updating all the port forarding on my modem. I now have an OPEN NAT (it was 'Strict' before) and it says I'm behind the cone (which if you watch the video above makes more sense) so that's great
HOWEVER, as soon as I click 'Create a party' I instantly get the following:

"Something went wrong with your party, try again later. Error 0x80190193"

I'm on hold for Microsoft technical support but any help would be appreciated.

We're having the same problem here. NAT is open, only one person logged in and same error code shown each time. Had this console for 4 days now and its still not working!!!

 

I'm having this same problem,,, did hard reset,,,,changed settings online and on the xbox one still shows as blocked--customer service has said several times its at their end yet ive gotten no results from them at all---and yes as a paid service I expect
it to work!!
