Can't create family on xbox one 's'

Xbox S (the interface) can be frustrating until you get completely used to it. Personally I think that's true for all Ux/Ui accounts, but I think the links below might help you in at least the set up process. That said, "connect to service" may mean you
are literally not connected to the Xbox Live services yet. That could be a WiFi issue, Internet service or an account issue. Can't tell without more information though.

I have made adjustments from PC as well, but they have had no affect. For example, I removed app content limits altogether. Also, everytime my kids try to to play minecraft, for example, I have to give permission every time. I click always allowed every
time. It just doesn't seem to stick

Live' account for about 8 years, had family set up for well over 5 years as far as normal MS family for the purpose of managing kids on our PC

ya, I have all the obvious things covered. even on my adult account when I go to family settings I get 'unavailable at this time'

yep, even an altogether different PC...as far as account settings online, everything should be good to go.

However, not on the console

the only changes I can verify stuck was the changes I made to active hours. I did see notifications on the console come across for those changes taking effect
