    Can't Create Child Xbox Live Account - Error Message: (0x409) 0x8007041d


    When I try to add a child Xbox Live account from my Xbox One and fill out my child's information, enter in my parental information, I get the error message (0x409) 0x8007041d and no Xbox Live account is created. Can someone please tell me what the error
    message means and how I can get around it and create the Xbox Live Account? Thanks!

    I really wanted to use this, but I think Microsoft have released bad software.

    I am put off by this and have genuinely felt that Microsoft could do better.

    I do not think that Microsoft are all that sincere with supporting PC for gaming.

    Not impressed, not impressed.
