Cant create an account on elder scrolls

When I select the option to create account, no keyboard options appear to enter email address??

Completely Unplayable. Can't get past first screen.

This game won't even start for me. Whenever I try to start it, it asks for an email address. The box for that will not accept any text input. I contacted tech support for both Elder Scrolls and Microsoft. Elder Scrolls tech support was no help. Microsoft
suggested I create an account on the Elder Scrolls website. OK, so now I'm trying to start the game with an existing account. It will not accept any text input for user id!!!!!!!!!!! OMG this is so frustrating.

 

All Xbox 360 DLC's going to be gone in the future.

OH man you love elder scrolls too?! I love the elder scrolls series. If you cant tell from my gamer tag lol.

We are continuing to investigate the issue some players are encountering when they attempt to log into ESOTU on Xbox One. Console players who receive the error message, "LOGIN FAILED An unexpected internal error has occurred." are encouraged to verify that
they have followed the process below:

Players who want to play The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited on the Xbox One will be prompted to create a new ESOTU account (or link to an existing one) directly from the console.

New players will need to create a new ESOTU account, by registering their e-mail address, and follow the on-screen instructions. They will also have the option to sign up for Bethesda updates, newsletters, and special offers at this time.

Players who already have an ESOTU account will be able to log in using their existing ESOTU UserID and password after they have linked their Xbox Live and ESOTU accounts by following the on-screen prompts during setup.

Players will still need to link their ESOTU accounts to their Xbox Live accounts when the game launches on consoles, but they will be able to manage their account information at: account.elderscrollsonline.com

Important: Once players created their ESOTU account through the console, they will have 72 hours to verify it. A verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address associated with their account. If players do not receive a verification e-mail, they can
request another one by pressing [X] at the prompt. Players who are unable to locate their original verification e-mail or encounter issues while requesting a new one should contact ESOTU Customer Support at

Try creating the account on the ESO website then link your XBL acc. to it.
