    Can't create a support ticket for weeks about microsoft rewards


    I completed two achievements now for Gears 5 reward but can't get the points for some reason. Its 500 points. I've been trying to send a support ticket for weeks but it keeps telling me something went wrong on your end. I am stuck. Please help when

    That's strange, it's possible that it's something new that you can't create a new Microsoft Rewards Support ticket if you're suspended.

    I hope that by calling Microsoft tomorrow, as you mentioned, they can assist you.

    contact support for microsoft rewards link does not work from microsoft rewards website

    I do not have any ad blockers/extensions - till last week,the link used to raise a service ticket but now the the link takes to the microsoft support website where there is no option to raise a service ticket for microsoft rewards issues.
