    Can't create a request for repair


    Hi.

    So, my console is obviously broken (it red ringed five times). I wanted to create a request for repair, but I'm always stuck at the first page (where you fill in address). After that, it always writes an error. What should I do? Is there any other way how
    I can contact Microsoft?

    Can't find the shipping label for my device repair?

    I registered my Xbox One S for a repair due to it not turning on and they emailed me the service request number with steps on how to ship the Xbox. However, the instructions say to select the console in the device repair page and there should be an option
    to select "current repair orders" but I don't have that option. The only options available is to create another repair order but only on accessories. I have the service request number but I can't print the shipping label. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I think the exchange is a refurbished console. You get that console while they fix yours. But I'm not 100% sure how that works.

    What is the error that happens? If you would like to set up the repair over the phone you can dial 1-800-469-9269 in North America to have them set it up for you.

    And if you're not in North America, you can use this
    Contact     page to get in touch with phone support in your region. Can't create a request for repair :)

    I dont remember the exact code of the error. As for contacting them over the phone, its more expensive than e-mail contact, so I dont really want to do it that way. (It may be different in NA, I live in Europe (but not GB)).

    Im not really sure we understand each other Can't create a request for repair :)

    In Europe, if you contact Microsoft over the phone, you will pay extra 30 euros. On the other hand, if you write them (e-mail), you pay just for the repair. Which is the preferred variant, of course.

    The country is Czech Republic. But as I wrote, Im not really willing to pay more money than its absolutely necessary.

    Anyway, I appreciate your response.

    There is no email for support. You can try following the contact page Tripp posted to connect to chat support for your region. Otherwise you will have to contact them by phone:

    Hours of operation:

    Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    Saturday: Closed

    Sunday: Closed

    Hi Alessandro,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We recommend to request a call for support to assist you further.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
