    Any gamer tag I input even if its just a bunch of random letters and numbers or pick the ones the website recommends just says That gamertag didn't work. Try another one. Is this a know bug or can anyone help me?

    It should work fine when you create the account on account.xbox.com. Once the account has been created there, you should be able to use it on the console. It is good to know that you have done this. Let me know if you still have any other concerns.
