    Can't create a gamer tag on xbox.com


    Can't create a gamer tag upon logging into xbox account. pushing the "let's go" button does nothing. I have tried logging in on PC, iphone and ipad. Have tried wifi and cell netweorks with no success. Multiple other people having same problem and the thread is locked with no solution. Please advise or fix.

    It should work fine when you create the account on account.xbox.com. Once the account has been created there, you should be able to use it on the console. It is good to know that you have done this. Let me know if you still have any other concerns.
