Can't creat the order for repear my Elit Controler

I type the PID of my Elit Controler in the repear order, but it keep saying that my PID is wrong, so I can not creat the order. When I ask for personal contact by phone, there is someone called but no sound come from the other side. Could someone from the
Micro sent me an email so maybe I can creat a repear order?

Flat Flex Ribbon for xbox one elite controller - where to get replacement

I have been trying to find a replacement ribbon for my xbox one elite controller unsuccessfully. Found similar ribbon but it is way too wide. If anyone knows where I could order one or at least what it is called. It is the ribbon that connects the front
and back pcb boards that controls the the 4 paddles on the elite controller. Thanks in advance!!

I believe that if you have bought it from Microsoft directly you have a better chance of getting a repeared. There seems to be a lot of issues with the first and maybe second series xbox elite controller &#55356;�. You might want to to set up a phone call from
the technical department to see what the protocol is. Hope I helped you with this issue have a great day.

I have exactly the same issue with the new Series 2 controllers. I ordered the Electronic Volt version, but had to refund it because of the mentioned problem. Then I ordered the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller, thinking a 150€ controller sure can't have these problems, but I was wrong.

So here I am, stuck my old Elite Series 1 controller that still works after several years, but starts to show wear, and I can't upgrade to Series 2 without winning the series-2-build-quality-lottery.

NOTE: Xbox Accessories (controllers, elite controllers, headsets and so on just have a 90 day warranty in the US)

Xbox Support might be able to help but that $150 controller just has a 90 day warranty.

Here in Australia The Elite Controller was covered by my Elite Consoles Warranty. I have already sent it in to be replaced twice (stupid rubber grips expanding).

If https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/devices was still working as it's supposed to It would be being replaced for a third time right now.

There's the console which has it's own warranty and then the controller. The controller is not under a "console" warranty. Accessories, like controllers have their own warranty. In the states it's 90 days and in other countries it can be up to a year.

You can't create your own repair order for your controller. You'll have to contact Xbox Support for assistance.

I wanted to create my own controller but I use my Elite for everything. Being able to design your own Elite would be great.
