    Can't copy/move saves on Cloud (Xbox 360)


    Hello, I'm posting here as I have an issue, I would like to play Mass Effect 1/2/3 on my Xbox One and for that I would like to use the saves I had from my games on my Xbox 360. So I tried to copy saves to the Cloud following this guide :

    Everything works fine until the step where I have to copy files. I can only copy/move to the Hard Drive The Cloud Option isn't available when I try to copy/move a file. Wwhen I'm in Storage I can see the " Cloud Saved Games " but instead of reading " XXX
    Mb Free " under the " Cloud Saved Games " I read " Move/Delete only ".

    I'm currently using a 14-days gold trial, could this be the reason for this problem ? I don't think but this could be that.

    Thanks for the info, how did you save the game on Xbox 360 originally? How did you move the save to the cloud? Did you "Copy" the save or "Move" the save to the cloud?

    Did you have your Xbox One console offline while you played, before you moved the save to the cloud?

    Can't copy/move saves on Cloud (Xbox 360)

    Gold trial codes have limits that won't let you use the full amount of features that regular Gold subscribers have. As far as I know, trial codes only just let you be able to play multiplayer.

    You will need to get a regular Gold subscription to transfer Xbox 360 saves to the cloud.

    Gold is not required to create and load saves from the cloud when you're on the Xbox One, though.

    Happy to take a look at this with you, for starters have you successfully moved your save data from the Xbox 360 into the cloud to download on the Xbox One? Also are you using the same profile on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One? Here is a guide that will show
    you how to move the save data from the Xbox 360 into the cloud.
    Copy, move or delete Xbox saved games, profiles, and avatar items    .

    Make sure the save data is in the cloud and let us know how that goes!

    Is this on the Xbox 360 or the Xbox One? If on the Xbox One your saves automatically save to the cloud. If you are on the Xbox 360 you may have lost them if you didn't manually move them to the cloud. You may need to start your progress again. Just to be
    safe as a suggestion is copy your saves to a USB stick. If it happens again then they are safe and you can simply move them back over.
