    Can't control analog or dpad - Console Streaming


    Hello, Iv connected to my console on my phone using the console streaming on the game streaming app. All appears okay until i try move in any direction on the home screen. I am able to press A ect and the xbox home button and also the bumpers. But no use of dpad or analog.

    Oh pro tip - invest in the controller that has the dpad pull out or in. Analogs do not cut it in MK where as in SF I could do ok with Analogs. MK a good Dpad is a must. you will find Analogs to be unplayable.

    HDMI HDTV issue

    Connect your 360 to your TV with the included composite (Yellow, Red, White) cable and power the console on.

    Power off the 360 and TV. Connect the HDMI cable between them. You should now get no picture at all, so you need to navigate blindly to the settings as follows.

    Hold down the controller's xBox button for 3 seconds to power on, and wait for about 20 seconds.

    Press up on the (dpad) left analog stick once, then right on the dpad 6 times, then down once on the dpad.

    Press the A button 4 times. (This will go to System Settings, Console Settings, Display, HDTV settings.)

    Press up twice on the (dpad) left analog stick. Press A.

    If no picture appears, wait 15 seconds, Press up again and press A. What you are doing is selecting lower display resolutions.

    Once you have a picture, you can try other higher resolutions, if you want, and it will revert back if you don't confirm it is ok.

    I never touch the dpad except for in certain menus where for some reason the analog doesn't work
