Cant contact xbox support

Hi

I keep trying to contact xbox chat support but when ever i click on it and do step one to sign in.

The Auto function wunt fill in my first or last name and only fills in my email address, As the first and last name are required fills i cannot get the help required and find this to be a awful feature to have .

So please can someone give me some help as this problem needs sorting .

Xbox one GWG download problem

This is something you should contact Xbox Support about, we cant do anything for you here. Chances are, if your account is blocked they may not be able to unblock it just depends on the situation. good luck.

While I don't know why the page won't load (I get that page at random times and clicking refresh usually gets me to the page)

chrome and safari aint very good with some sites
