Can't contact support online?

I'm trying to contact support about my warranty, however when I do so I get the error "Invalid data. Please check your information". My information is right in front of me and it's correct. Anyone had this issue and know any workaround besides calling.

Can't contact live support

It won't let me contact live support for some reason. The problem is I cannot type in my name in the required field. Anyone else got this issue?

Hey there The Ripp4h,

This is either caused by your account not matching the region you're physically located in, or the chat service not being available. Are you able to use the phone option?

If you are attempting to contact support regarding questions on your warranty then you have 3 options.

1. support.xbox.com/contact-us

2. Contact them via Twitter - @xboxsupport

3. Call them on the phone - 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

So how can I at least fix the error "Invalid data. Please check your information". I can contact them other ways but it issue of online contact is not solved.

You can also bypass the virtual assistant and expert gamer by choosing to request a call back or chat with support. If you don't see those options on the contact site, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

Hi there!

Try to go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us then select "Contact us". Choose "Subscription & billing" > "I don't recognise a charge" > describe your issue > Next > See contact options > Chat online. Let me know if that works.

Sorry to hear it. If you have a charge that you don't agree with you can request a refund at https://xbox.com/refund.

As for the virtual agent keep asking to speak with an agent. You will be directed to an Xbox Gamer (they should identify themselves as such). Once there ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate as this is a billing issue the gamer cannot help with.

Do not let them release the question but insist on escalation.
