Cant contact microsoft support

I have to contact microsoft but the cll me back function is not working at all. All it says is that they will call me but I tried since early in the morning and they didnt called back.

The problem is about a commercial invoice that I need because fedex wont deliver my console from microsoft service until I have that document.

So please if any microsoft agent is using this forum I need your help. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are needing to contact support. Only thing you can do is request a call and wait. Someone will call you eventually. With the game issues right now, there may be a high call volume. So wait times might be
longer.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

it might be a issue with the card have you contacted the iprepaid card company to see if the card needs to be activated?
