Can't contact Activision about COD: Modern Warfare problem!

I'm sorry to hear that. I know your internet is working fine but for us to best isolate the issue, can you try connecting the console to a different network? A mobile hotspot for example? It happened to me recently though and after trying a hotspot, the game worked fine.

I see it appears that you have gone all the necessary troubleshooting steps and just like you mentioned you will need Activision assistance. We don't have access to reach them or anything like that which is why I won't be able to provide help but I would advise you to give it a 24 hour period before you try submitting another ticket just to see if you will receive the email. You can also try reaching them in their social media platforms!

I am having a serious issue with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on the Xbox Series X. Whenever I try to load Ground War, it gets stuck on loading. It eventually gives the error "transmission error: vigorous".

Warzone works fine, and I also bought a copy of Cold War, which works as well.

I have tried every possible solution. I have reinstalled the entire game (including packs), cleared the cache, and checked my network. I have also tried all the advice on the Microsoft Xbox Forum.

I can't really check another network, but I'm running a wired connection, and all my other games work fine.

As I mentioned above, others are also having this problem.

I wanted to contact Activision, but like I said, it doesn't work either.
