Can't connect.

With all due respect, please don't tell me to reset my cache or my network as I have done both, repeatedly throughout the entire day to no avail. I was playing just fine less than 24 hours ago. It started with me being unable to play GTA Online because my
save data could not be loaded from R*'s servers then shortly thereafter, it's been nothing but disconnection for me. Happened around 8 or 9 am est yesterday morning, and I'm still getting the same responses from my console now as I was then. I'm surfing the
web for this just fine, so it's not my ISP to blame. This is Microsoft, all the way. What the hell can I do that I haven't already mentioned, IF this can even be fixed from my end? I recently just busted my disc drive so the only thing I have left until I
get a ONE in September is my XBL and downloaded games, most of which are useless without XBL... I'm finding myself to be a very unsatisfied microsoft/xbox customer. /:

What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? Cable? I think..

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Virgin Media

When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen?

 

Well, I just randomly tried it one last time and it connected, with great difficulty, and with error messages stating that my NAT is going to be problematic. Which it shouldn't, my NAT has always been Moderate. Ever since I started doing the whole online
gaming *** over 10 years ago, it's never been Open or Closed, only Moderate. So... You fellas at Xbox/Microsoft/Whatever need to inspect your *** a little closer.

 

And now, more of the same *** problems..

A moderate NAT could very well affect your ability to connect properly. If you post back with your router and modem manufacturer and model information, we can help to open that up.

Is this only happening with GTA V? If it is, it's likely that it's on Rockstar's end and not ours. We don't have access to anything with GTA Online profiles, and you would need to
reach out to Rockstar for more assistance with that.

If this is happening to other games rather than just GTA V, post back with your network information so that we can work on getting that NAT to Open for you! That should help out any syncing issues, and if not, we can dig a bit deeper.
