    Cant Connect


    Basically what is happening is ive reset my xbox because of the same problem.

    Firstly, there is an update for 'xbox live' when I try and do this it simply does not work it says (Attempt 1 of 3, 2 of 3 etc.)

    Before the update, I tried to 'download profile' because there was none, I put in my microsoft email & password and does not work .

    Any Help?

    xbox live no go

    ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

    Dont delete your profile as you cant connect to live if u delete it u cant recover it cuz u cant connect to live
