Can't connect

    so I wanted to play some halo 3 on my Xbox one with the backwards compat I do that a few times a week hop on og halo 3 have fun. Well tried doing that for awhile and I can't connect at all I can't sign into the Xbox live 360 servers on my main account I
    can't play ANY 360 game online it's not my internet I've checked 3 times in good on my end. I sign out of my account and switched to another account and it works perfectly fine no trouble at all connects to the 360 Xbox live no problem but my main account
    Cairby cannot. Been doing this for about a week I'll sign out sign back in and nothing only thing I can think of is i got in a game with a modder and he did this to me only thing I can think of. I've seen plenty of videos of YouTubers trying to play let's
    say black ops 2 and they can't get on their account feel like I got perm hit offline or something idk

    Just wondering if there can be any solution

    Router brand & model number: Netgear, VMDG480

    If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using?

    Things you have tried: I'm using wireless, and I don't get what it's being stated here.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown: Unknown

    Is NAT Type Open? Yes.

    Any Error Codes you encounter: Nope.

    What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? Cable? I think..

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Virgin Media

    When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen?

    Don't use EA servers, the game has enough servers you can try out just browse servers.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! In regards to this issue it sounds as if you need to

    remove your account     from the console and then re-add it as it's the only account on your console that is having an issue logging in. The account might have corrupted data on it which could be preventing it from signing in on your console.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    I would like to clarify, is this only happening with this specific game?

    Also, we may need to refresh the connection between your router and the Xbox, please follow the steps below:

    " 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."
