Can't Connect your wireless network Help for Xbox one S

I have been getting the Can't connect to your wireless network hardware problem all day long. When i tried to put my wifi password in on my brother's xbox it seems to be fine. Is there anything i can do to fix it because I unplugged my xbox a few times
now.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue in connecting your Xbox One S to your wireless internet. If your Xbox One console is able to see your wireless network, but you’re unable to connect to your network or to Xbox Live, I
recommend using the Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution for help in getting connected correctly.

If your Xbox One is unable to recognize your wireless network (or any wireless network) in order to connect, then I would further recommend using our Xbox
One Wireless Network Connection Solution to help resolve this issue.

What console are you referring to - Xbox 360, Xbox One or Series X|S? What exactly happens when you try to connect/sync the controller?

For Xbox 360:

Connect a controller to your Xbox 360 | Xbox Support

Xbox 360 Wireless Controller disconnects or can’t connect | Xbox Support

For Xbox One and Series X|S:

Connect an Xbox Wireless Controller to your console | Xbox Support

Troubleshoot your Xbox Wireless Controller | Xbox Support

Sorry to hear that did not work, do you get any error messages or codes when attempting to connect?

As the issue persists I would advise that you try to
Soft Factory Reset your console. This will factory reset the Xbox One while keeping all games & apps. Just be sure to have your account login information as it will remove your account from the console and you will need to sign it back in. This goes for
all accounts on the console.
