    Can't connect Xbox one to wifi network


    we are on holiday and can't connect the Xbox one the cottage communal wifi. The network is show with good signal but eveytime we try to connect the error message appears "we are sure sure what is wrong" with the code 0x4000000000000000

    This code is not recognised when I enter it onto the Xbox support website

    Any ideas or help would be appreciated

    I am having the same problem, I am usually connected by WiFi with my Xbox one and now it can't connect to Xbox Live even though it can see my network and I have changed none of my network settings.

    How exactly are you unable to connect to your WiFi?

    Do you get a specific error message? Does your WiFi SSID (network name) not show up?

    Is the Xbox One connected to the WiFi but does not connect to the Internet?

    What network hardware are you using?

    I suggest that you connect directly to the xbox then wifi, sometimes wifi connection can be unstable then a connected one and then go to test network setting and check if is connected to the internet.
